This is a work for a brief I received from a company from London for a job as concept artist.

The brief :
Create an alien main character called 'Zephir' along with his sidekick/pet 'Zippy' for a 2D Flash-based game using vectors (not bitmaps). The game will be heavily stylized, with a cartoon mood, filled with humour. Zephir and Zippy should convey their emotions and intentions through exaggerated movements, and acknowledge the existence of the player in the other side of the screen guiding them out.

Zephir comes from an advanced civilization (far more advanced than the humans) and will feature all sorts of gadgets. He's not on a mission to enslave humanity, though: he's a bounty-hunter looking for alien criminals around this corner of the galaxy. He's intelligent, but not necessarily clever.

Here it is a new mattepainting for the challenge Dragon's Lair of 3DTotal (http://forums.3dtotal.com). 
At the beginning I did somes sketches, and one of it keep my attention: The lava one.

For this kind of mattepainting I use several references of pictures I took, and mix everything. It's a very hard work and long, but the result at the end is pretty awesome !

Et encore un matte ! toujours pour le forum CGTantra. Le theme était "Futurist City", et comme j'habite a dubai; autant utiliser cette ville déja futuriste !

Voici mon matte painting d'Avril. Le sujet était "Hanté". Trouvant la Cathédrale de quimper magnifique, j'y suis allé prendre quelques photos et réalisé ce matte !

Et voilà ! mon dernier matte.

Je l'intitule :  Death of a God

L'ultime attaque sur les pyramides de kemrhi... hummm ça laisse réver !

Hey oui, une campagne de pub n'est complète que à partir de 3 images ! Et vu que j'avais le rouge/feu, le bleu/eau, j'ai décidé de faire le jaune/terre ! En plus, maintenant vous pouvez cliquer dessus pour les agrandir !

ça y est, il fallait bien que je post mon premier article !!
et pour ça, pourquoi ne pas montrer ma dernière créa ? Elle date de décembre 2008. C'est un projet personnel, une publicité pour la marque Adidas. Ce n'est pas la grande idée du siècle me direz vous ! Je vous l'accorde ! mais c'était bien mon choix de ne pas développer l'idée mais juste le graphisme.

Ah, un projet perso que j'adore ! Street Marketing pour l'exposition Hérgé au centre Pompidou.
